Aims & Objectives

The primary aim of the Leadership Institute is to impart knowledge and skills and develop positive attitudes and behaviour towards national issues and nation building. It is aimed at building a deeper understanding, acceptance and tolerance of the diversity and plurality of Africa. Through this training the Institute hopes to:

a) Develop a new class of servant leaders who will lead with humility, love and the fear of God

b) Sustain and build a business class characterized by integrity and innovation

c) Develop leaders in civil and public service whose policies are based on justice and

d) Rekindle confidence and self-reliance of the African populace in the leadership and help to make people self-reliant instead of depending on politicians and the governments for handouts.

Community Programmes

The Institute is very well known in the Jos Plateau and Nigerian Environment as a peace-builder. Both Moslems and Christians have reposed confidence in the arbitrative capacity of the Institute in addition, the Institute organizes periodic workshops, seminars and talks to promote peaceful co-existence and diversity.

The Institute also trains hundreds of ICT practitioners each year for the labour market. It also offers entrepreneurship training for women and youth
